Village Works definition
Village Works means: (a) the construction and development works undertaken by or on behalf of Qantac Seller in respect of Waratah Village; and (b) the required approvals for the rights of occupancy at Waratah Village. Waratah Warranties means the Warranties set out in paragraph 15 of Schedule 3 as applied to the Waratah Property, and Waratah Warranty has a corresponding meaning. Warranties means the Title Warranties and the Business Warranties set out in Schedule 3. Westpac means Westpac Banking Corporation (ABN 33 007 457 141).
