Examples of Vigilance Commissioner in a sentence

  • If the Monitor has reported to the Chairperson of the Board a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant Anti-Corruption Laws of India, and the Chairperson has not, within reasonable time, taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Vigilance Office, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Government of India.

  • If the IEM has reported to the Director, CMTI, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/ PC Act, and the Director, CMTI has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the IEM may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the M.D., FSNL a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/PC Act, and the M.D. has not within reasonable time, taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Vigilance Office, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner, Government of India.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the MD/DMD IIFCL, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/ PC Act, and the MD/DMD IIFCL has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the Chairperson, LIC, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/ PC Act, and the Chairperson LICI has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the Chairman & Managing Director, National Fertilizers Limited, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/PC Act, and the Chairman & Managing Director, NFL has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.

  • If the Monitor has reported to the CEO & MD, LIC, a substantiated suspicion of an offence under relevant IPC/ PC Act, and the CEO & MD ▇▇▇▇ has not, within the reasonable time taken visible action to proceed against such offence or reported it to the Chief Vigilance Officer, the Monitor may also transmit this information directly to the Central Vigilance Commissioner.
