Viewing Booth definition

Viewing Booth means any booth, cubicle, room or stall within the premises of an adult business used to display by audio or visual reproduction, projection or other means, any of the materials described in subparagraph (a) above.
Viewing Booth means live viewing booth or video booth, and “VIEWING BOOTHS” means live viewing booths, video booths, or any combination thereof.
Viewing Booth means the area where a patron or customer would be positioned while watching a film, motion picture, video, photographic reproduction, or other visual or sensory representations or reproductions.

Related to Viewing Booth

  • Viewing Card means the viewing card as set out in Annexure H of the SLA, owned, operated and supplied by STAR and which is to be paired and used in conjunction with the IRD for the DPO to access and decode each Subscribed Channel(s).

  • Reviewing Party means any appropriate person or body consisting of a member or members of the Company's Board of Directors or any other person or body appointed by the Board of Directors who is not a party to the particular Claim for which Indemnitee is seeking indemnification, or Independent Legal Counsel.

  • Reviewing Authority means the Alberta Securities Commission.

  • Independent Accounting Firm means [●] or such other nationally recognized, independent accounting firm as is mutually appointed by Seller and Buyer for purposes of this Agreement; provided, however, that such other mutually appointed Independent Accounting Firm shall not have been engaged by Seller, Buyer, or any of their respective Affiliates as its principal auditor during the preceding three (3) years.

  • Hearing Body or “Hearing Panel” means any person or persons authorized by the University Vice President for Student Affairs, Community College Dean of Students or Charter Oak State College Provost to determine whether a student has violated the Code and to impose sanctions as warranted, including a hearing officer or hearing board.
