Viewing area definition
Viewing area means an area in a panoram booth where a patron or customer would ordinarily be positioned while watching a film or video viewing device. (Added by Ord. 97-11)
Viewing area means that area of a structure (excluding bathrooms, hallways, stairs, garages, closets and laundry rooms) or that area of a lot(excluding the setback areas) where the owner and the City determine the best and most important view exists.
