Video Shoot definition

Video Shoot means the services provided by the Company to the Client in accordance with the terms of this agreement and the video terms & conditions set out in Schedule 2; means all work involved in shooting to provide the material to form the basis of a completed Video, including on and off site preparation beforehand (but not editing or other post-shooting work), and references to “the date of the Video Shoot” shall refer to the date on which we will be shooting that material.

Examples of Video Shoot in a sentence

  • The amount of video material shot during the Video Shoot shall not affect the Price payable by the Customer.

  • Model will make himself/herself available for and will perform services in a professional manner at the Photo / Video Shoot.

  • No refund shall be issued and no sums paid will count toward the fees and Deposit payable on the rescheduled Video Shoot.

  • Messaging; 3 Testimonials; Ad Set-up; Photo and Video Shoot; (4 minutes of Produced Content); Billboard Design; and Landing Page Update.

  • The Shoot and Usage Fee is payable within 30 days of the Photo / Video Shoot and receipt of an appropriate invoice.
