Video Package definition

Video Package or “Package” refers to the final video(s) that the Client will receive, on a DVD, hard drive or other platform. LOCATION: We are limited in what we can do by the rules of the locations. Lasers can damage our equipment, please ensure than no lasers are used in any location we shoot in. Failing to do so may limit the directions that we are able to point the cameras in, and in some situations, will completely prevent us from shooting. CANCELLATION: In the event that you cancel before the shoot takes place, any amounts paid will not be refunded. COPYRIGHT AND LEGAL USAGE: We do not limit your usage of the images, footage and videos that we provide to you, you may print, duplicate, publish and send them as you wish. Said freedom to use the final product how you like is only guaranteed upon a successful final payment. Copyright law states that we own copyright of the images and footage taken by us. We are not able to produce videos that contains any unlicensed music, as it is against the law. You agree that if we provide you with footage that contains unlicensed music, for example, footage that contains music that was playing while the we were filming, you take full responsibility for ensuring that footage is used in a legal way. You agree that you will only use our footage and images in a legal way. You alone are responsible for your actions and for any images or videos that you distribute in any way. OUR USE: We may display your videos on our website or other places where we show our work. We have the right to a copy of the footage for use in our showreel and promotions. COMPLETION SCHEDULE: We will aim to complete your project within the time agreed, however, due to unforeseen events, completion can take longer than estimated. BACKUPS: The videos that we provide to you will be kept for 5 years on our archives, however, due to unforeseeable events, they may be lost due to conditions outside of our control. However, video footage that were not included in the provided package (for example unused and unedited footage) may be deleted 1 year after the work is complete.

Examples of Video Package in a sentence

  • If the System you have subscribed to under this Agreement includes a Video Package, we will provide a video monitoring system that connects to a remote video server.
