Video Clips definition

Video Clips means Audio Visual Material made or commissioned by Company as an audio visual representation of and/or accompaniment for any Audio Material intended by Company to be embodied on Records for release hereunder as the “A” side of a Single.

  • Licensee shall not be permitted to create any derivative works based upon the Video Clips.

  • Licensee makes any use of the Video Clips beyond the scope of the license granted herein.

  • The right to use the Video Clips pursuant to this Agreement shall not commence until such License Fee is paid in full.

  • Positive Approach, LLC hereby grants to Student a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use tools associated with the Positive Approach techniques pursuant to Student’s certification, those tools comprising materials copyrighted by Positive Approach, LLC, including Video Clips and Lesson Materials (the Licensed Material).

  • Positive Approach™ hereby grants to Student a non-exclusive, royalty free, worldwide license to use tools associated with the Positive Approach™ techniques to consult pursuant to Student’s certification, those tools comprising Positive Approach™’s copyrighted material, including Video Clips and Lesson Materials (the Licensed Material).
