Video Channel definition

Video Channel means a Channel on the System which is capable of carrying one video Signal, consisting of picture and sound information of a character similar to traditional television programming.
Video Channel means a portion of the signal which is used in a Video System and which is capable of delivering a television channel as a television channel is defined by the Federal Communications Commission by regulation.
