Vida definition

Vida means Vida Ventures, LLC or any transferee, assignee or successor in such stockholder’s interest in the Company.
Vida means, collectively, Vida Ventures II, LLC and Vida Ventures II-A, LLC.
Vida means Vida Capital, Inc. or one or more of its affiliates approved by the Plan Proponents.
