Victuals definition

Victuals means fruit, meat, vegetables, beverages or food of any kind, nutritious or otherwise, dispensed in prepared, packaged or other form suitable for immediate ingestion or consumption by human beings. For purposes herein, victuals shall not include other goods, wares or merchandise.
