The Advisory Committee is composed of the Vice Provost, Deans, and five senior faculty (at the rank of Professor), one from each school, elected by the Faculty Senate.
Provost means the Provost and Vice-President, Academic (UBC Vancouver), the Provost and Vice-President, Academic (UBC Okanagan), or both, as appropriate.
Chief Nursing Executive means the senior nurse employed by the Hospital who reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for nursing services provided in the Hospital;
Executive Officer means, with respect to any corporation, the Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, President, Executive Vice President, any Vice President, the Secretary or the Treasurer of such corporation; and with respect to any partnership, any general partner ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.
Chief Medical Officer means the chief medical officer under
Competent Officer means an officer authorized by the Director.
