viaBOX means an electronic/on-board device, fitted in a Vehicle, allowing data transfer essential to charge Electronic Toll. viaBOX manual features in Annex no. 3 to the Agreement, provided with every viaBOX. Only GITD holds a right of property for viaBOX; the User does not hold any right of property for viaBOX.
