Prime contractors are responsible for ensuring the subcontractor has acknowledged in writing the VGSA prior to beginning on-base operations.
If at the same location, a subcontractor signature indicating acknowledgement of the prime contractor VGSA requirements is acceptable.
Should the amount not be paid, VGSA shall have the right to suspend the Service until the default had been rectified.
