VGRH Guarantee definition
VGRH Guarantee means the guarantee by Borrower of the obligations of VGR Holding Inc. (formerly BGLS Inc.), an affiliate of Borrower, arising under the VGRH Transaction, as the same may be amended, supplemented, renewed, extended or replaced from time to time.
VGRH Guarantee means the guarantee by Borrower of the
