VGI has permitted the use by the Trust of the identifying word “Vanguard” and the use of the name “Vanguard” as part of the name of the Trust and the name of any Series of Shares.

For all purposes under this Article 4, the term "Employer" shall include any successor to the Employer's business and/or assets and the term "VGI" shall include any successor to VGI's business and/or assets.
