VFSC Rules definition
VFSC Rules means the rules, regulations, guidelines and other similar rules of the VFSC as from time to time varied, amended or substituted by the VFSC;
VFSC Rules means the Rules, Directives, Regulations, Guidance notes opinions or recommendations of VFSC.
VFSC Rules when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean all applicable regulations andcirculars issued by the “Vanuatu Financial Services Commission” or “VFSC” in the framework and context of the authority it has been grantedunder the Act, as the same may be in force from time to time and modified or amended from time to time;

We will treat all money received from you or held by us on your behalf in accordance with the VFSC’s Client Money Provisions and as a consequence, such money will be held separately from money belonging to us and in the event of our insolvency, winding up or other Distribution Event (as defined in the VFSC Rules), such money will be subject to the VFSC’s Client Money Distribution Rules.
We will take all reasonable steps to provide you with best execution in accordance with the VFSC Rules and our Order Execution Policy when we execute Transactions on your behalf.
