VFSC definition
VFSC means the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission, which is the Company’s supervisory authority.

We will treat all money received from you or held by us on your behalf in accordance with the VFSC’s Client Money Provisions and as a consequence, such money will be held separately from money belonging to us and in the event of our insolvency, winding up or other Distribution Event (as defined in the VFSC Rules), such money will be subject to the VFSC’s Client Money Distribution Rules.

VFSC means Vanuatu Financial Services Commission issued license;
VFSC or “Vanuatu Financial Services Commission”, when used in this Agreement, unless the context otherwise requires, shall mean the statutory regulatory body, commonly referred to as the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission or VFSC, currently based at Vanuatu ▇▇▇▇▇://▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇.▇▇/;
VFSC. The Vanuatu Financial Licence, a financial institution operating permit, is the official document that authorizes a financial institution to conduct business. The licence is issued by and regulated by the Vanuatu Financial Services Commission (VFSC). The VFSC Financial license is a new trend in the regulation of the global forex industry. At present, as one of the few developed offshore financial regions in the world, Vanuatu's financial industry is receiving strong support from the government.
