The MoJ may notify such Additional Clients to the Strategic Partners at any time and any such Additional Client shall, to the extent notified and from the date of such notification be treated for all purposes as an Additional Client as defined in this Agreement save where the MoJ subsequently notifies the Strategic Partners that any such Additional Client should no longer be treated as an Additional Client. Any Additional Client shall be entitled to enforce the terms of this Agreement pursuant to the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Xxx 0000. No other person has any right to enforce any term of this Agreement pursuant to that Act. The Strategic Partners acknowledge and agree that subject to notification by the MoJ Mini-Competitions in respect of Project Appointments and Project Contracts to be let by Additional Clients may be conducted either by the relevant Additional Client or by the MoJ.
