VFA agent definition
VFA agent means a person registered with the competent authority under this Act and authorised to carry on the profession of:

the Agent means the estate agency described at paragraph 5 of the Schedule;
Collateral Agent as defined in the preamble hereto.
Lead Agent has the meaning given to it above;
Funding Agent or "agents" means an investment firm, trust bank, or other financial
Security Agent means the Bond Trustee or any successor Security Agent, acting for and on behalf of the Secured Parties in accordance with any Security Agent Agreement or any other Finance Document.
