V.F.1. To be provided, at no cost and upon written request of the Union Director or attorney, public documents and data that are regularly and routinely prepared in the normal course of the College’s business, which contain information relevant and necessary to the Union’s handling of grievances or to the Union’s collective bargaining of a successor to this Agreement.
