Vetting Fee definition

Vetting Fee means the charge that may be levied by the NVB under section 32 of the Act for accepting applications, set from time to time by the Minister.

Related to Vetting Fee

  • Late Payment Fee means the excess of the Price Differential paid as a result of its calculation at the Post-Default Rate over the Price Differential as would have been calculated at the Pricing Rate.

  • Marketing Fee means the fee payable to the Marketer for services it provides to the Trust, which the Sponsor shall pay the Marketer as a Sponsor-paid Expense.

  • Dispensing Fee means the amount paid for the professional services provided by the pharmacist for dispensing a prescription. The Dispensing Fee does not include any payment for the drugs being dispensed.

  • Ticking Fee has the meaning specified in Section 2.09(b).

  • Remarketing Fee has the meaning specified in Section 5.4(b)(i).
