  • At the time of termination (with respect to VETTEST slides for the VETTEST Analyzer, or New Slides, as the case may be), the parties shall negotiate whether they wish to renew the arrangements set out in this Section 9.02 with respect to VETTEST slides for the VETTEST Analyzer, or New Slides, as the case may be.
