Veterinary Uses definition

Veterinary Uses means any research, discovery, optimization, modification, development (including pre-clinical studies, clinical development and clinical trials), manufacture, commercialization (including marketing approval, offer-for-sale, sale, import and distribution) of compounds or products intended for use in animals, including the treatment, prevention, diagnosis or monitoring of any diseases in animals.
