Vesting Time definition

Vesting Time means with respect to a Vesting Period, the close of business on the last day of such Vesting Period. Other capitalized terms utilized but not defined herein have the meanings specified in the Plan.

Vesting Time means, with respect to Performance Accelerated Restricted Stock Units, the close of business on the last day of the applicable Vesting Period; provided that if the Participant incurs a Termination of Employment during the Vesting Period but becomes vested in some or all of the Participant’s Performance Accelerated Restricted Stock Units pursuant to Section 4 hereunder, the Vesting Time shall be the date on which the Participant incurs such Termination of Employment. Examples of Vesting Time in a sentence

  • The Property Owner/Landlord has the burden of proving the basis a reversal or modification of the acceptance into REAP by a preponderance of the evidence.

Related to Vesting Time

  • Vesting Period means the period of time specified by the Committee during which vesting restrictions for an Award are applicable.
