Examples of Vesting Start Date in a sentence
The Time Vesting RSUs shall vest in equal installments on each of the first three anniversaries of the Vesting Start Date, subject to the Participant’s continued employment through the applicable vesting date; provided, that if the number of RSUs specified above is not evenly divisible by three, then no fractional units shall vest and the installments shall be as equal as possible with the smaller installments vesting first.
The Vesting Start Date is the date of grant, or such other date as the Committee determines in its discretion.
For purposes of this Section 2(a) the Vesting Start Date shall be the Grant Date.
Your right to purchase shares of Stock under this option vests as to one-third (1/3) of the total number of shares covered by this option, as shown on the cover sheet, on each of the first three annual anniversaries of the Vesting Start Date, provided you then continue in Service.
