Vesting / Release definition
Vesting / Release. With respect to any Earned PSUs (if any) that satisfy the Service Condition (and thereby vest as to service and become Vested PSUs), the applicable number of shares of Common Stock that relate to such Vested PSUs will be released no later than two and a half months following the last day of the TSR Performance Period.
