Vessel Values definition

Vessel Values means, in respect of the relevant period, the aggregate book value of the Vessels determined in accordance with the Applicable Accounting Principals.

Examples of Vessel Values in a sentence

  • For the purposes of this clause 7.6.2, Relevant Amount means, in respect of a Mortgaged Ship which has become a Total Loss or is sold, a part of the Advances equal to the total amount of the Advances multiplied by a fraction having as its numerator the Vessel Value of the relevant Mortgaged Ship lost or sold and as its denominator the aggregate of the Vessel Values of all Mortgaged Ships (including the Mortgaged Ship lost or sold).

  • Fleet Vessels means all of the vessels (including, but not limited to, the Ships) from time to time wholly owned by members of the Group (each a “Fleet Vessel”);

  • Retail value of a prize means:

  • Collateral Value The appraised value of a Mortgaged Property based upon the lesser of (i) the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) made at the time of the origination of the related Mortgage Loan, or (ii) the sales price of such Mortgaged Property at such time of origination. With respect to a Mortgage Loan the proceeds of which were used to refinance an existing mortgage loan, the appraised value of the Mortgaged Property based upon the appraisal (as reviewed and approved by the Seller) obtained at the time of refinancing.

  • Covered vessel means a tank vessel, cargo vessel, or passenger vessel.

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.
