All time and expenses used in the Vessel shifting from one anchorage or berth or place of cargo operations to another are for the Buyer’s account and will count as laytime, even if such Vessel shifting was ordered by the relevant authority at the discharge port.
If the Vessel must shift to and/or from such facilities, all time consumed by the Vessel shifting, as well as shifting expenses such as for tugs, mooring and pilots, shall be for Buyer’s account.
