Vessel Owner agrees to provide evidence of current licensing, registration and insurance coverage for the Vessel in the form of a Certificate of Insurance and appropriate Endorsement provided by the insurance carrier, and shall provide copies of such Certificates and Endorsements for the Marina files upon request and when said coverage or the Vessel registration are changed or renewed.
Owner is required to maintain current Vessel registration at all times during the Term of this Agreement.
