  • Current Vessel registration or documentation must be displayed on the hull of the Vessel according to applicable local, state, and federal regulations; and • Proof of current Vessel insurance coverage (as required by the Agreement) providing a minimum of $250,000 in liability protection and naming City together with its City Council, boards and commissions, officers, agents, volunteers, and employees as an additional insured as set out in the Agreement.

  • Owner is required to maintain current Vessel registration at all times during the Term of this Agreement.
