Vessel information definition

Vessel information means the hull identification number, model, year, month and year of production, and information describing any of the following equipment as shipped, transferred, or sold from the place of manufacture, including all attached parts and accessories:

Examples of Vessel information in a sentence

  • If Customer fails to provide to Enterprise a complete Vessel questionnaire in respect of any Vessel nominated by Customer hereunder, within the time period prescribed in the Marine Provisions, and Enterprise elects not to exercise its right under the Marine Provisions to refuse to berth such Vessel, then Customer shall pay to Enterprise a late Vessel information fee of $450 for such Vessel.
