Vertical Projects means capital Projects that generally consist of new construction, repair, renovation, and/or expansion of park and recreational facilities, community and day care centers, administrative offices and facilities, fire stations and support facilities, police facilities, stadiums, exhibition center(s), other performance venues, marinas, or any other Projects identified by the Director.

Examples of Vertical Projects in a sentence

  • A portion of the Community Facilities Space within retail Vertical Projects on the Candlestick Site and identified as set forth above shall be used for an indoor African Marketplace that will serve as an African-themed, festive setting for the display and sale of arts, crafts, sculptures, fabrics and clothing, and books.

  • Upon completion of construction of any Offsite Improvement by Developer, Developer shall be permitted to use 100% of the Available Vehicle Trips for each such Offsite Improvement so constructed by Developer in furtherance of site development plan and Certificate of Occupancy for Vertical Projects as noted below.
