Vertical Owner definition
Vertical Owner means any Person acquiring a portion of the Project as one or more pad sites on which it will itself develop, construct, own, manage and/or oversee the development, construction, ownership and management of a portion of the Project.

Owner or the applicable Vertical Owner or other Person succeeding to all or a portion of Owner’s development interests in the Project (or any Phase thereof) shall deliver to ACC the Project Budget with respect to each Phase of the Project prior to the commencement of construction of such Phase.
