Vertical accessway definition

Vertical accessway means an access easement perpendicular from the nearest public road parallel to the ocean to the sandy beach frontage (see Lateral accessway).

  • Critical access hospital or “CAH” means a hospital licensed as a critical access hospital by the department of inspections and appeals pursuant to rule 481—51.52(135B).
