Either party shall be entitled to terminate this Agreement in the event of a failure by the other party to perform any of its material obligations under this Agreement if such breach is not cured within thirty (30) days after receipt of notice thereof from the non-defaulting party or within forty-eight (48) hours after receipt of such notice if a breach by Customer may compromise the security of the VeriSign Trust Network or other system.
