  • Institution hereby releases Verily Life Sciences LLC, all other Third Party Providers and AS from any and all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses arising out of Institution’s and/or Principal Investigator’s use of the MSSNG Data and access to the MSSNG Database.

  • If Sample Provider selects “yes” on Schedule A to this Agreement, Verily will schedule recurring pickups for the Materials as described in Schedule A.

  • If the Executive Sponsors unanimously agree to reject a Completed Deliverable, then the Completed Deliverable shall be referred back to the Technical Leads for review and remediation, and Verily may resubmit such Completed Deliverable using the process set forth in Section 3.9.1.

  • Notwithstanding the foregoing, Onduo shall be a Third Party beneficiary with respect to the obligations to make payments or transfer shares to Onduo under this Agreement, which payments shall be “Product Fee Payments” as referenced in the Contribution Agreement between Verily Life Sciences LLC and Onduo LLC.
