Xenotransplantation Patent Rights definition
Xenotransplantation Patent Rights means, inclusively, the issued U.S. Patent/s numbered 6,153,428; 6,413,769; 7,547,522 and 7,547,816 and/or the equivalent of such application including any division, continuation (but not including continuation-in-part), U.S. and foreign patent application, Letters Patent, and/or the equivalent thereof issuing thereon, and/or reissue, reexamination or extension thereof, as may be further described in Appendix A2.
