Verified Documents definition

Verified Documents as defined in the Backup Servicing Agreement.
Verified Documents means, with respect to each Receivable, (a) the related Contract in its entirety, (b) the Franchise Agreement and (c) any other items mutually agreed upon in writing by the Borrower and the Collateral Agent.

Related to Verified Documents

  • Specified Documents means, with respect to any Property File, each document listed in the definition of “Property File”.
