Verification Request definition

Verification Request means a request submitted in accordance with this MOU by an End User to an Identity Exchange for the Verification of one or more of their Attributes to a Relying Party for a Specified Purpose. Verified means, in respect of a Verification Request by an End User, that a Verification Provider has collected and validated the Attributes of the End User specified in the Verification Request in accordance with this MOU and the TDIF, and, in the case of an Identity Service Provider, at the Applicable Proofing Level.

  • Information Request means a request for any Information under the FOI Legislation.
