Verification Consultant definition

Verification Consultant means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ & ▇▇▇▇▇ P.C. Unless otherwise indicated, reference to a “Section” is to a section of this Agreement.
Verification Consultant means Causey Demgen & Moore P.C.
Verification Consultant means the third party technical consultant or successor thereof approved by the Buyer, with the qualifications set out below, and whose services are procured at the expense of the Supplier to, among other things, carry out the Measurement and Verification Activities specified in the Measurement and Verification Plan and to confirm to the Buyer, as York Region DR Contract Released November 30, 2005 required, that the terms of the Measurement and Verification Plan have been satisfied. If the Verification Consultant is an individual acting in his or her personal capacity, then he or she must be licensed by Professional Engineers Ontario (PEO) as a Professional Engineer in Ontario, and if the Verification Consultant is a consulting firm, then such firm must hold a certificate of authorization issued by PEO.

Examples of Verification Consultant in a sentence

  • Task 2 – Base Map and Field Verification Consultant will compile and review City’s available mapping, aerial photographs, and GIS information.
