Verification Agreement definition

Verification Agreement means that certain Agreement between the School District and Schiller and Hersh Associates, Inc., with respect to the verification of the Energy Savings after acquisition and installation of the Items of Equipment.
Verification Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between, inter alios, the Protection Buyer and the Verification Agent in respect of the Verification Agent's duties as set out in the Credit Protection Deed;
