Verbiage definition

Verbiage. The term “Seller” or “Contractor” or both of said terms, as may be appropriate, shall mean the person, firm or corporation to whom the purchase order is addressed, whether the order be for manufactured goods, materials, supplies and work, or some or all of them.
Verbiage here means words or phrases such as ‘so’, ‘sort of’, ‘kind of’, ‘you know’, ‘obviously’, ‘I think’, ‘just’, ‘really’, ‘yeah’, ‘okay’ that are inserted into speech by the speaker as padding without adding to its meaning.
Verbiage shall have the meaning as set forth in Section Thirteen (13).
