Verbal Orders definition

Verbal Orders means any orders received from the Buyer and accepted by the Seller by telephone.

  • Verbal Orders given without a Laboratory Requisition Form are not permitted.

  • Verbal Orders shall incorporate all of the terms and conditions contained herein, and Verbal Orders, once accepted by Peak, are binding upon Purchaser.
