Verbal Notification definition

Verbal Notification means notification given verbally either in person or by telephone, directly to the person for whom such notification is intended, or by leaving a verbal message for such person at the address, or if by telephone, at the telephone number (including any verbal message left in the voice mail or similar recording device provided for messages at such telephone number), of such person as shown in the records kept by the Land Bank pursuant to this Article.

Examples of Verbal Notification in a sentence

  • Verbal Notification of notifiable accident or incident OCI & PTSV Report incident to the CI, or his delegate (being the Duty Officer) on a number to be confirmed by the CI.

  • Verbal Notification of incident to PTSV’s Duty Officer PTSV Safety Director or his delegate notifies the CI or his delegate of incident via a telephone number to be confirmed by the CI.

  • If concerns are not resolved within the timeline for Verbal Notification, then the T/ CIP form is initiated upon implementation of the Written Concern phase, and the date of the Verbal Notification is documented.

  • 1940 Act Notification means a notification of registration of the Fund as an investment company under the 1940 Act on Form N-8A, as the 1940 Act Notification may be amended from time to time.

  • Written Notification means an electronic document (including faxes, emails, internal mail on the client terminal etc.) or an announcement on the Company's website.

  • Additional Disclosure Notification The form of notification to be included with any Additional Form 10-D Disclosure, Additional Form 10-K Disclosure or Form 8-K Disclosure Information which is attached to this Agreement as Exhibit W.

  • DDA Notification has the meaning provided therefor in Section 6.13(a)(i).
