Veracity Networks definition

Veracity Networks means Veracity Networks LLC, a Utah limited liability company. “Willful Breach” means, with respect to any representation, warranty, agreement or covenant, an action or omission (including a failure to cure circumstances) that the breaching party knows, at the time of the act or omission, is or would constitute a breach, or would reasonably be expected to result in a breach, of such representation, warranty, agreement or covenant.
