Venture Capitalists definition

Venture Capitalists means ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and those venture capital firms that have acquired, prior to the date hereof, and may acquire, at any time hereafter, securities of the Company and in connection with such acquisition have obtained or may obtain registration rights.
Venture Capitalists shall have the meaning set forth in the Recitals.

  • TriZetto hereby represents and warrants to IMS that it has obtained the consents or approvals of the Venture Capitalists necessary to enter into this Agreement and to grant IMS its rights hereunder.

  • The license shall include all such intellectual property transferred by CEH to the Project (in both source and object code), including any improvements thereto through the date that the Minimum Amount has been received from Venture Capitalists.

  • Those Listed Venture Capitalists shall be defined as any Venture Capitalist provided on the list or their associates, co-venture capitalists, investors, co-investors or any other entity, procured through a Listed Venture Capitalist who invests with you, in your projects and/or your company.

  • If the Managers and a Super Majority in Interest cannot agree on an alternative value, the valuation shall be submitted to arbitration by an appraiser selected by the senior ranking officer of the National Association of Venture Capitalists.
