Vendor’s Fee definition

Vendor’s Fee means the percentage of the Selected Candidate’s first year annual base salary that Citizens pays to Vendor in accordance with the fee schedule.

Examples of Vendor’s Fee in a sentence

  • Compensation to the Vendor shall be in accordance with the Fee Schedule as set forth in Vendor’s Proposal; or if not specified in Vendor’s Fee Schedule, then reasonable and customary amounts as negotiated by the Authority.

  • Payment of Vendor’s Fee and travel related expenses shall be made upon submittal and approval of the Payment Voucher(s) on State Funds, or the University’s Invoice(s) on Non-State Funds that is (are) received.

  • As outlined in the RFP and the Vendor’s Fee Proposal, the Authority will pay the Vendor a Leasing Broker Services Commission Fee for the first five years of the Lease of % and, as applicable, a Leasing Broker Services Override Fee for the first five years of the Lease of %; provided, however, no Leasing Brokerage Services Override Fee will be owed or paid on transactions where Vendor, or parent company, subsidiary, or affiliated entity of Vendor is the Tenant’s Broker.

  • Compensation to the Vendor for additional services shall be paid in accordance with the rates specified on the Fee Proposal set forth in Vendor’s Proposal; or if not specified in Vendor’s Fee Proposal, then reasonable and customary amounts.
