Vendorization definition

Vendorization means the process used to:
Vendorization means the process to officially make a party into a vendor in order to transfer VA funds to that party.
Vendorization means the process used to: a. Verify that an applicant meets all of the requirements and standards pursuant to Title 17, §54320, prior to the provision of Services to clients; and b. Assign vendor identification numbers, service codes and sub-codes, for the purpose of identifying vendor expenditures.

  • Work Authorization or “WA” means Buyer’s authorization in either electronic or tangible form for Supplier to conduct transactions under this Agreement in accordance with the applicable SOW (i.e., a purchase order, ▇▇▇▇ of lading, or other Buyer designated document). A SOW is a WA only if designated as such in writing by Buyer.

  • Prior authorization means that we must approve the Services in advance in order for the Services to be covered.
