Vendor-Trainer definition

Vendor-Trainer means a vendor who is certified pursuant to Section 7212.2 of these regulations, and who conducts an on-the-job pre-entry evaluation as part of the assessment of an individual’s potential to operate a vending facility, and who provides on-the-job training to Client-Trainees in the Vendor Training Program.

Related to Vendor-Trainer

  • Trainer means a dentist whose name is included in sub-part A of the first part of the dental list who employs a trainee as an assistant in accordance with paragraph 2 of this Determination;

  • Online Training means prerecorded training delivered virtually e.g. SAP e-learning.

  • Classroom teacher means a teacher subject to annual performance evaluation review under the provisions of Education Law Section 3012-c.

  • Travel training means providing instruction, as appropriate, to children with significant cognitive disabilities, and any other children with disabilities who require this instruction, to enable them to develop an awareness of the environment in which they live, and learn the skills necessary to move effectively and safely from place to place within that environment (e.g., in school, in the home, at work, and in the community).

  • Training means instruction or teaching designed to impart a specific skill, as opposed to general knowledge.
