Vendor Testing definition

Vendor Testing means the test of the Licensed Programs, Third Party Software, and Deliverables to be conducted by Vendor, to demonstrate that the applicable Phase of the System and the System as installed on the Equipment at the ETF Premises, conform to the application System Specifications in all material respects, as set further described in SectionC.7.4 of the ETF RFP.
