Vendor Program definition

Vendor Program means any supplier receivables purchase program for the benefit of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries that is provided by a Lender.

Licensee does not have the right to obtain or use any source code for the Software. In consideration of Licensee's agreement to the terms of this Agreement and payment of the Fees designated in the Invoice, TLC grants the License described and will provide the Support described in this Agreement.
